The Ribbon Pedestal Large by Bill Meek is a substantial glass sculpture designed to anchor refined interiors with its commanding 37.75 x 15 x 15-inch presence. Crafted from sculpted polished plate glass and infused with mineral dyes, this 2025 original piece features a luminous, color-shifting surface created through a precise bonding process with durable UV adhesive. The hand-worked core mimics a twisted ribbon, offering sculptural fluency and optical depth that transitions from clear to pale aqua as light passes through. Designed for serious collectors, it arrives with a Certificate of Authenticity, affirming its status as an artist-verified creation.
Its substantial footprint makes it ideal for display on a console, pedestal, or curated cabinet, serving as a lasting addition to contemporary glass collections. Supported by a controlled production run that ensures rarity without overstatement, each hand-worked detail is visible from every angle. US orders ship within two to four weeks in thoughtfully protective packaging, preserving the pristine finish during transit.
